At night we turn into a relaxing and intimate bar serving a selection of fine Italian wines along with a delicious range of cocktails, spirits & beers.

Our aim is to deliver the local Italian lifestyle in this part of the world, sharing amazing ingredients and drinks.

Primo has been run by the same family, in the same location for nearly 30 years, always bringing a small piece of Italy to Carlton.
